So have you heard this one? A creepy clown walking the street of Green Bay at night holding black balloons? He has picked up the name of Gags the Green Bay Clown. Some say he resembles one of the costumes from Killer Clowns from Outer space.

I don’t see it. Nor does he resemble the ‘It’ clown.

Nope. This clown’s got a creep of it’s own. Green Bay police say there is not law against creepy clowns walking through town at night carrying black balloons. But I bet it keeps people inside! For a bit more on the story click here.
