So much for the binding “Cessation of Touring Agreement” they signed in front of the press five years ago, Motley Crue is hitting the road again next summer! Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett will roll out a summer, stadium tour in 2020 after all. I’m guessing Crue fans don’t mind at all!

Rumors had been floating around for weeks, now it’s official. Motley Crue recorded four new songs for last year’s biographical movie, “The Dirt,” and that seemed to start the ball rolling. “The Stadium Tour” will kick off on July 7 in Miami and wrap September 5 in Los Angeles.
UPDATE, 12/18: The tour’s added a half dozen shows on the front end, including June 25 in St. Louis! They’ll play Wrigley Field in Chicago on Friday night, August 28. Other Midwest stops include Milwaukee on August 18 and Detroit on August 20.
If you remember the agreement The Crue signed in 2014 to stop touring, the only loophole was is all four band members agreed to do it together again, then they could override the contract. Of course, the guys were adamant that that would NOT happen. The exception was if all four original members agreed to tour together again. Oh well, it’s a chance for your to see them live once more.
