Mick Jagger and Dave Grohl have teamed up for a pandemic/lockdown tune called Eazy Sleazy.
On is YouTube channel Jagger says, “I wanted to share this song that I wrote about eventually coming out of lockdown, with some much needed optimism – thank you to Dave Grohl for jumping on drums, bass and guitar, it was a lot of fun working with you on this – hope you all enjoy Eazy Sleazy!”
Talking about how Grohl ended up collaborating with him, Jagger says he called Dave and asked if he’d be interested in working the tune with him. He said, ‘I’m really bored! I want to do it. I want to work!’ .
Jagger, who has been fully vaccinated, adds that he hasn’t had a hard time dealing with being locked down, saying “It wasn’t what I wanted, but I was able to deal with it because I was lucky enough to be able to have these nice places to hole up in.”
Those nice places he has are homes in England, France and the Caribbean. (Ahhh the life of the rich and famous.)
Here’s Eazy Sleazy and it can also be viewed on Youtube.
