Jon Anderson, Co-founder and frontman of the band YES, has a new album coming out along with a new single called “Makes Me Happy” and a new video for that single.The song features guitarist Rick Derringer and the Tower Of Power horn section. The song is from his new solo album called 1000 Hands. In a recent Rolling Stone interview, Anderson said this about the video for his new song: “I am very excited for people to hear and see this crazy wonderful video, created by my daughter Deborah and my wife Janee on the spur of the moment one day at home. It shows things that make me happy and you can see how much fun we were having by the look on my face. It was hilarious!” Anderson is also kicking off the 1000 Hands World Tour beginning on March 29th. The tour will hit a few venues that are close to Central Illinois, including the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles, IL on April 11th and the Genesee Theatre in Waukegan, IL on April 12th.
