Oktoberfest has been celebrated since October of 1810 in Munich, Germany, in honor of a royal wedding there. The reception partied on for a week! At the Peoria Oktoberfest, you can immerse yourself in all things German: the authentic German food and beer, the music, the games, the fun! Watch dancers. listen to live German music and check out the parades and crazy contests like log-sawing and beer-holding.
